Products
Metal-Polymer Materials
Bearing materials for non-lubricated applications (DU®, DU®B, DP4, DP4B), marginally lubricated (DX®, DS, HX) and lubricated applications (DP4, DP4B, DP31).
Solid Polymer
Thermoplastic materials processed by injection moulding. These engineering polymers include polyamid-based EP™, polyoxymethylene-based EP12™, polybutyleneterephthalate-based EP22™, polyphenylensulfide-based EP43™ and EP44™, polyetheretherketone-based EP63™ and EP64™, and polyamidimid-based EP73™ and EP79™. EP™ is available in standard cylindrical and flanged bearings, as well as special dimensions and shapes. EP22™, EP43™ and EP63™ are available as semi-finished parts. All of the other EP materials are available by special order. Also offered are POM- or acetal-based Glacetal KA™ and Multilube® engineering thermoplastics.

Fibre-Reinforced Plastic Composite Materials
Various fibre-reinforced thermosetting plastic bearings, including high-performance, filament-wound products such as GAR-FIL®, GAR-MAX®, High Strength GAR-MAX®, deva.tex®.

Bimetallic Materials
VSuitable for use in multiple operating conditions, these materials are made in a variety of alloys, such as Aluminum-Tin, Aluminum-Silicon, Sintered Copper alloy and Steel-Leadbronze compounds. Products include SY™ and SP™ bearings and are appropriate for oiled and greased applications.

Monometallic Materials
A range of oil-impregnated sintered bronze and solid bronze bearings. Products include sintered bronze (similar to Sint A50) and solid bronze (LB9-Machined Bronze, Turned Solid Bronze/ISO4379, MBZ-B09™, LD™, LDD™).

Other Products
Additional product families to complement the above GGB product portfolio, e.g. specialized housings and assemblies, bi-metallic bearings.

MULTITUBE®
  • Low friction coefficient
  • Optimum performance under light-duty conditions
  • Injection moulded dry bearing material

GAR-FIL®, GAR-MAX®, High Strength GAR-MAX®, MLG™, HPM™, HPF™, MEGALIFE®XT, deva.tex®® This range of products typically consists of a filament-wound, fiberglass-impregnated, epoxy backing with a variety of low-friction wear-resistant bearing linings. The reinforced composite structure associated with GAR-MAX®, GAR-FIL™, High Strength GAR-MAX®, MEGALIFE®XT and deva.tex® enables the bearing to support high static and dynamic loads. Furthermore, the inert nature of the materials makes these products ideal for corrosive environments such as seawater and acidic environments. The environmentally friendly HPM™ and HPF™ were both specifically developed for hydropower applications, have a high load capacity, excellent shock and edge loading capacity, excellent corrosion resistance, and are dimensionally stable. These products are available as bushes, plates, bearing segments and special forms depending on the particular material type.
